1 1/2 cupsof unsweetened coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of grass-fed gelatin
1 tbs vanilla
1. *I usually taste the coconut cream for sweetness and add a "squirt" of local honey if needed.
2.Add the gelatin to the boiling water and whisk until the gelatin dissolves.
3. Stir in the vanilla and the coconut cream.
4. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 square pan, ice cube trays or any desired mold..
5. Cover, and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
